Well its been a long 4 months, and from the 6th of january we have been absolutely swamped with work, to the point myself and the guys have been working 12 to 14 hours a day 7 days a week for the last 9 to 10 weeks, with jobs running over time, and with the world going spastic with this corona virus around, its been a massive challenge, but we finally caught up, there has been a casualty along the way due to time constraints, im very sorry for this you guys know who you are, i thank everyone one of our other customers for being so patient. With the 25 failing, and a new built 26 going in the hole, we were called on to make a new dump pipe, and side pipe and cold side cooler pipe, the results speak for themselves, and boy does this thing sound good when its on song.

We were contacted by our friend brad @jdmgarageaus for some late night fabrication sessions on his beautiful r34 gtr, with a limited time frame of 8 days to help build the car for Gtr festival it was a big ask. So we basically agreed to get everything in and running and fine tune anything extra once it came back.. Hot side consists of hypertune exhaust manifold with a new Garrett g42 strapped to it, from there we built a custom 4in dump and full 4in exhaust, we then modified a rear muffler brad had in the shelf finish off the system, with twin screamer pipes, i dont know what will be louder, the gate or the exhaust 🤣🤷♂️🤷♂️🤣 With the goal of 1000hp we decided to make all the intercooler pipe work out of 3.5inch aluminium from turbo through the hypertune intercooler into the hypertune intake manifold.
With a 1000hp goal in mind, we made a custom 3 stage catch can to deal with any nasties that escape the rocker covers.
There were plenty of other small things that were fabbed or welded, but unfortunately we are limited to 10 photos per post so we can only tell you about them, like modifying the power steer reservoir, adding extra fittings to the radiator and header tank ect
Once the car came back from sydney and the ecu getting upgraded to run the fly by wire system, we had to modify the pipe work but it ended up being easier to make a new pipe then modify the old one, we still have a few items left to finish like a custom radiator overflow and windscreen washer reservoir, but with our time being limited again, we will have these few items completed after jamboree.
With the car having a few 4wd issues when it recently hit the rollers, it produced a whopping 927hp in 2wd, we really cant wait to see this car hit its full potential once the last few little bugs are worked out.. As always, it was a pleasure to work on brads toys, and with the awesome crew down at @jdmgarageaus there is never a dull moment around the shop..
